Contact us by filling out this Contact Form or our sales team at sales@justpackcanada.ca and we'll do whatever it takes to correct the order and or replace the order/product. When contacting us, please provide the following information to help us speed up the resolution of the problem:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• SKU #
• Detail of the defect
• Photos showing the defects will be required to process the warranty claim.

Ten Years Warranty.

JustPackCanada warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. At our discretion, we will either repair, replace or exchange the merchandise in accordance with the warranty terms stated herein.

Exchanges are based on the availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, we will replace it at our discretion with a similar item. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons, or airline mishandling. If an airline or any other carrier damages this product, it is the owner's responsibility to file a damage claim with that airline or carrier. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the contents of this product.
